Websites built to earn, not just to launch

Marketing sites, e-commerce and CMS builds that load in under a second, rank, and hand your team something they can run without a developer on call. Based in Nagpur, working across India — see our web development services in Nagpur.

Why the build matters

Your website is the only salesperson you never meet

For most businesses it is the single most visited thing you own — open at every hour, in front of people who found you through search, an ad, a referral or a passing recommendation.

It is also the one asset nobody owns internally. It gets launched, admired for a fortnight, and then quietly stops being anyone's job. Six months later the pipeline is thin and nobody can say why.

First impressions happen in under a second

A visitor forms a judgement about your business before reading a word of it. Load time and layout do most of that work, and both are decisions made during the build.

Speed is a conversion feature

Every additional second before a page becomes usable costs enquiries, and it costs most on the phones where the majority of your traffic now arrives.

Search and structure are the same job

How a site is built decides how much of it Google can read. Retrofitting that after launch is more expensive than doing it in the first place.

What we find in audits

Your site is either working for you
or quietly working against you

  • Most sites fail on the phone first

The desktop version gets the attention because that is where it was designed and signed off. The mobile version is where the enquiries are actually lost — long forms, buried phone numbers, and text that requires pinching.

  • The form is usually the leak

Nine fields on a first enquiry is an interview, not an invitation. Every field added past the ones you genuinely need to reply costs completions, and the qualifying questions belong on the call.

  • Nobody is measuring the right thing

Sessions and bounce rate are diagnostics. If nothing traces an enquiry back to the ad, the search or the page that produced it, the reporting cannot tell you where to spend next.

  • The CMS decides whether the site stays alive

When a text change requires a developer, changes stop being requested. Within a year the site describes a business that no longer exists.

How we build

We write the copy before the design, structure the page around the decision a visitor has to make, and hand the whole thing over in accounts that belong to you.

A layout designed first and filled with words later produces a site that photographs well and converts badly. It is the most common thing we are asked to fix.

"They rebuilt the site and took over search in the same quarter. Enquiries doubled by month five."

Our process

A build process designed around
the number, not the launch date

Every stage has an output you can review, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Stage 01

Audit and scope

A written diagnosis of the current site, what it is costing you, and a fixed scope with a price and a launch date.

Stage 02

Copy and structure

Positioning, page-by-page argument and wireframes, agreed before any visual design begins.

Stage 03

Design and build

A component system applied to real copy, demonstrated weekly on a staging link.

Stage 04

Launch and iterate

Redirects tested, tracking verified, team trained. We monitor for eight weeks and keep testing after.

Why ScintillaWeb

Built for search and conversion from the first day

We are a web development and digital marketing team, which means the people building your site are the people who will later be judged on whether it produces enquiries. That changes the decisions.

Start a project
SEO built in, not bolted on +

URL structure, schema, internal linking and crawl efficiency are decided during the build. Retrofitting them afterwards costs more and works less well.

Copy written before design +

The argument comes first and the layout serves it. This is the single biggest difference between a site that looks good and one that converts.

Core Web Vitals as a requirement +

Performance budgets are set at the start and checked at every stage, rather than discovered in a panic the week before launch.

Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA +

Contrast, focus states, landmarks and keyboard navigation are tested, not assumed. It is also better for search and for everyone using the site.

You own everything +

Code, hosting, domain and CMS credentials sit in your accounts from day one. If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing is held back.

Tracking wired before launch +

GA4 and CRM connections are live on day one, so you can measure the build from the first week rather than the first quarter.

Capabilities

What a build with us includes

Every project runs through the same six stages, whether it is a five-page local site or a platform with four thousand URLs.

01Discovery and scope

What the current site does, what it costs you, and a written scope with a fixed price and date.

02Copy and structure

The page-by-page argument agreed before anyone opens a design tool.

03Design systems

Components rather than one-off pages, so the site stays consistent as it grows.

04Development

Clean, documented builds on the platform that suits whoever maintains it after us.

05Performance

Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement, with sub-second load as the target.

06Tracking and CRO

GA4 and CRM wired before launch, then testing on the pages that already get traffic.

Specialties

Every platform we build on

We are not loyal to any of these. The right answer depends on who maintains the site after we leave.

WordPress

Built with a block library rather than a page builder, so the site stays fast and your team can assemble pages without a developer.

  • Custom block library
  • WooCommerce where selling is involved
  • Multisite and multilingual
  • Performance and security hardening
Most builds land here

Shopify

We would rather work within Shopify than rebuild a store on a general-purpose CMS. Themes are built custom, not bought and bent.

  • Custom theme development
  • Configurators and tiered pricing
  • Checkout and cart optimisation
  • Migration from other platforms
Anything selling online

Webflow

Best when a growth team needs to ship campaign pages weekly without waiting on development. Faster to build, less flexible later.

  • Component-based builds
  • CMS collections
  • Campaign page systems
  • Handover and team training
Marketing-led teams

WooCommerce

Where a store needs distributor logins, tiered pricing or thousands of SKUs alongside content, Woo usually beats a hosted platform.

  • Distributor and trade accounts
  • Bulk enquiry carts
  • Large catalogue performance
  • ERP and inventory connections
B2B and catalogue-heavy

UI and UX

Structure and copy come before visual design. Most conversion problems are decided at this stage, not in the interface.

  • Positioning and page copy
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA
Before anything is built

Conversion optimisation

A launched site is a hypothesis. We keep testing the pages already receiving traffic, because that is the cheapest growth available.

  • Funnel and drop-off analysis
  • A/B and multivariate testing
  • Form and checkout work
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries
After launch, continuously

Questions

Frequently asked

What is included in a build? +

Positioning and copy, design, development, QA, accessibility and performance work, redirect mapping, analytics setup, CMS training and a recorded handover. The proposal lists it line by line.

How long does it take? +

Four to eight weeks for most marketing sites, six to twelve for e-commerce or a migration with a large URL map. The date is in the proposal and we hold it.

Which platform should we use? +

Whichever suits the person maintaining it. We recommend after the audit rather than before, and we will talk you out of headless unless the scale genuinely justifies it.

Do you handle SEO during the build? +

Technical SEO is part of every build rather than an add-on. Ongoing content and link work is a separate monthly engagement.

Can our team update it afterwards? +

That is what the component library is for. Your team assembles pages from blocks we build, with training and a recording to refer back to.

What happens to our rankings in a migration? +

Every indexed URL is mapped before design starts and redirects are a tested deliverable. On our last migration of 300+ URLs, nothing was lost.

What does a build cost? +

Most marketing sites start around ₹85,000 and scale with scope. You get a fixed price after the audit, not a range over the phone.

What if our site mostly works already? +

Then a rebuild may be the wrong spend. We will say so on the call and point at what would actually move the number instead.
